By using this website or booking services with G.I. Pool and Spa Services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
We provide pool cleaning, maintenance, and related services. Service availability may vary based on location, pool condition, weather, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide safe and clear access to the pool area on scheduled service days. Missed services due to lack of access, locked gates, pets, or unsafe conditions may still be billed.
Payments
Payment is due as agreed prior to service. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service interruption or additional fees. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least [24/48] hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged.
Pool & Equipment
We are not responsible for pre-existing pool or equipment issues, including leaks, cracks, or malfunctioning equipment. Chemical treatments are applied based on industry standards and water conditions.
Liability
G.I. Pool and Spa Services is not liable for damage caused by faulty equipment, undisclosed conditions, weather, or third parties. Any liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
