No-Refund Policy

All services provided by G.I. Pool and Spa Services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled or performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, customer availability, pool condition, or dissatisfaction with results.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have received clear notice of this no-refund policy and waive any right to request a refund. G.I. Pool and Spa Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to address service concerns or provide adjustments, but is not obligated to do so.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.
